Medal-set: 'Verwundeten-Abz. in Schwarz' (or: black wound-badge) being a maker- (ie. 'L/11'-) marked specimen that comes packed in its original (generic-styled and 2-pieced) 'LDO'-type box of issue (both marked by the: 'Wilhelm Deumer'-company)

This is a truly very attractive - and with certainty rarely encountered! - complete and untouched medal-set comprising of a: 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Schwarz' (or: black wound-badge) being a maker- (ie. 'L/11'-) marked specimen that came still stored in its original (generic-styled, darker-blue-coloured and 2-pieced) 'LDO'-type box of issue as issued and/or recently found. The WB is truly void of any wear and/or aging and truly retains all of its original, black-coloured- and/or fairly 'matted' finish: it only shows some storage-age and was simply nicely preserved over the years. The badge is as stated neatly maker-marked with the makers'-signification: 'L/11' on its back (as can be seen on the pictures) signifying that it deals with a piece that was produced the maker (ie. 'Hersteller'): 'Wilhelm Deumer' based in the town of Lüdenscheid. Of course, are the (regular- ie. thin-shaped-) pin and/or (typical) catch (-set-up) fully functional and of course present. This piece has never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal dust and/or staining as to be expected. The WB came stored in its darker-blue-coloured, LDO-marked box of issue that comes in an equally nicely preserved condition: it just shows some minimal age- and/or handling-marks but comes in a complete and untouched condition. Of additional interest is, moreoved the fact that this box shows a clearly present ink-stamp on its back that reads: 'L/11' (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply a very attractive and completely 'matching' 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Schwarz'-set by the 'Wilhelm Deumer'-company!
