Pair of WH (Heeres) simplified- (ie. 'M44'-) pattern NCO-type shoulderstraps: 'Unteroffizier eines Nachschub-Abts. o. Rgts.'
The truly attractive - and with certainty scarcely seen! - WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps show the desirable bright-blue- (ie. 'kornblumenblauer'-) coloured branchcolour and/or: typical 'silk-like'-type piping attached and measure approximately 11,2 cms. in length each and are clearly of the so-called: simplified- (ie. 'last-ditch'- or: 'M44'-) pattern. The neat shoulderstraps are fully matching in all details and are constructed from the (field-grey-toned- and/or somewhat roughly-executed) so-called: later-war-type wool (as can be seen on pictures). The straps have the bluish-grey-coloured (ie. clearly 'sub-dued') NCO-braid period-attached denoting that the NCO who wore these straps held the rank of an: 'Unteroffizier': they come naturally mounted onto their simplified tongues and do just show some minimal usage and/or wear (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be noted that these matching pairs of these bright-blue-piped- thus 'Nachschub'- (ie. transport-) related and/or typical later-war period- (ie. 'simplified'- ie. 'M44'-pattern) shoulderstraps are very desirable and can easily be graded 'very scarce' even more so when they are of the NCO-pattern. I am convinced that this attractive - and truly scarcely seen! - WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair is accordingly priced!
