WH (Heeres) 'tropical-issue' (ie. DAK or: 'Deutsches Afrika Korps'-related-) breasteagle, as executed in neat so-called: 'BeVo'-weave style that comes in a 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-, condition
I recently uncovered four attractive - and fuly identical! - examples of the WH (Heeres) 'tropical-issue' (ie. DAK or: 'Deutsches Afrika Korps'-related-) breasteagles as all four executed in neat so-called: 'BeVo'-weave style. The pieces on offer are neatly light-blue-coloured (as to be expected) and were executed onto a tropical-pattern, brownish- (ie. typical tan-) coloured and/or: linnen-based background as to be expected. The pieces come - as stated above - in a 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'- and/or never confectioned, condition: they come as 'straightly cut-of the role' (as can be seen on the pictures). They are just a tiny bit wrinkled caused by years of storage but have maintained very nice detail, overall. These original 'BeVo'-woven examples are getting nowadays almost impossible to find something that merits its - I deem - justified asking-price. The pieces can as such perfectly serve to restore any tropical-tunic (or even shirt). My asking-price is naturally intended for one single specimen. It should, moreover, be noted that these WH (Heeres) 'tropical-issue-' (ie. DAK- or 'Deutsches Afrika Korps'-related-) breasteagles can easily be graded 'scarce' and are nowadays not that often offered for sale!
