Relic - but nevertheless scarcely found! - example of a WH (LW) cuff-title ie. armband (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen') entitled: 'General Göring' (being an EM- (ie. NCO-) pattern example that comes in a truly worn and/or clearly tunic-removed, condition

This is an attractive - somewhat moth-damaged but nevertheless actually scarcely found! - example of a WH (Luftwaffe) cuff-title ie. armband (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen') entitled: 'General Göring' being a typical, machine-embroidered enlisted-mens'- (ie. NCO-) pattern example that comes in a clearly issued- ie. worn- and/or period-shortened- ie. carefully tunic-removed-, condition. The armband comes - as stated above - in a just minimally shortened condition and was clearly used as such (ie. it came still 'sewn-together' as worn and measures folded approximately 36 cms. in length). Both ends are unfinished (but were folded) as is more often encountered (as can be seen on the pictures). The armband - which originates from a private-household in Germany where it was recently uncovered shows moderate age, wear and or staining and was as such most certainly issued- and/or stored as such for decades: it still shows some of it stitching-remains with which it was once tunic-attached (as can be noticed on the pictures). The cuff-title is executed in darker-blue-coloured ('smooth'-type) wool and shows the (very detailed!) hand-embroidered title 'General Göring' in white-coloured linnen as is more often encountered. It deals with a typical (quite early-period) example that was intended for mere enlisted-mens'- and/or NCO-usage ie.: 'Ausführung für Mannschaften u. Unteroffiziere der Luftwaffe'. Simply anattractive - and naturally genuine period and truly worn! - example that was issued to a member serving within a famous 'LW-unit' and that is priced according to its fully untouched - albeit regrettably relic! - condition!
