Commemorative, tin-based SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen') related 'tinnie' being a maker- (ie. 'Hoffstätter-Bonn'-) marked example depicting the SA-logo and text (ie. date) that reads: 'Dresden - Brigade-Appell - 5.11.-1933'
The very attractive - and unusally seen! - specific SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen') related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in golden-bronze-toned- (and minimally tarnished) tin-based metal (ie. 'Eisenblech') an depicts an eagle-device resting on two swords and showing an SA-logo and helmet and text (ie. date) that simply reads: 'Dresden - Brigade-Appell - 5.11.-1933' and that was as such intended for an SA-related event that took place in the year 1933. The badge - that shows some minimal wear and/or moderate age - comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin- ie. pin/catch set-up and has I deem never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures) but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The piece shows a clear makers'-designation (on the pin-set-up) that reads: 'Hoffstätter-Bonn - Ges.Geschützt' (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' retains almost all of its golden-bronze-coloured finish but was, however, never cleaned nor polished. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive SA-related so-called: 'Tagungs- o. Veranstaltungsabzeichen' that is offered for an interesting price!
