Single, WH (Heeres) EM-type (ie. 'M40'-pattern- and 'rounded-styled') shoulderstrap as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Kavallerie o. Aufklärungs-Trpn.'

This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single but nevertheless quite scarcely found! - WH (Heeres) early-war-period, so-called: 'M40'-pattern- (rounded-styled) golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) piped, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - a: 'Soldat der Kavallerie o. Aufklärungs-Truppen' (or: simple soldier who served within the army cavalry- ie. reconnaissance-troops) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstrap - which is approximately 11 cms. sized in length and that does show the darker-green-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdeck', desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached. The strap - which came mounted onto its functiona tongue and that is in my opinion a typical 'standard-issued' example - shows as stated above some moderate usage and/or wear (some minor staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). This strap - that came together with a silver-toned tunic- ie. company-button that shows the numeral '18' - originates from an older shoulderstrap ie. board-collection that I recently acquired for the web-site. Simply an attractive and/or: early-war-period, neatly 'cyphered' and/or 'Heeres'-related EM-type shoulderstrap that was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Kavallerie o. Aufklärungs-Truppen' and that is I deem accordingly priced!
