Moderately used - fully matching and rarely seen! - pair of WH (Heeres) hand-embroidered, officers'-type collar-tabs (ie. 'Kragenspiegel für Stabs-Offiziere') as was specifically intended for an officer serving within the: 'OKW o. Generalsstab'
This is a very attractive - fully matching and actually rarely seen! - pair of WH (Heeres) neatly hand-embroidered, officers'-type collar-tabs (ie. 'Kragenspiegel für Stabs-Offiziere') that comes mounted onto a darker-green- (ie. 'grüner'-) coloured- and/or 'smooth-woolen'-based 'background' as was (I deem) specifically intended for an officer serving within the: 'OKW o. Generalsstab' (or: officer who served within a specific army staff-unit ie. the 'Oberkommando der Wehrmacht o. OKW') and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem just moderately used- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The neat pair - which is additionally 'backed' with typical, buckram-based material as is more often observed - is neatly hand-embroidered in (bright) golden-toned braid onto a 'smooth-woolen'-based and darker-green-toned background and is just a tiny bit stained (ie. tarnished) due to moderate wear and/or decades of storage and/or handling. The quality of the used embroidery is truly stunning and is a wonderful example of the technique as used in the days. Simply a great pair of 'Generalsstab o. OKW'-related, officers'-pattern 'Kragenspiegel' that comes in a truly wonderful condition: hard to find a nicer and more attractive pair in this particular branchcolour for a more interesting price!
