Pair of WH (Heeres), 'cyphered', so-called: 'M36 o. This is a very attractive - fully matching and I deem only minimally used- ie. most certainly tunic-removed! - pair of of WH (Heeres), neatly 'cyphered', so-called: 'M36 o. M40'-NCO-type shoulderstraps having the the desirable, bright-purple-red- (ie. 'karmesinroter'-) coloured (and/or woolen-based) branchcolour ie. piping attached as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Oberfeldwebel einer Veterinär-Abteilung und Mitglied einer Ärtzlichen Akademie des Heeres' (or: sergeant first-class and/or medical student ie. veterinarian who served within an army-related medical academy) and that comes in an overall very nice- (and I deem just minimally used- ie. worn- and most certainly carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The neat straps - which are both approximately 12 cms. sized in length - have the 'standard-pattern'- and/or: darker-green-coloured and woolen-based 'upperdecks' and have the woolen-type- and/or bright-purple-red- (ie. 'karmesinroter'-) coloured branchcolour ie. piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The shoulderstraps show the (standard-pattern- ie. silverish-grey-coloured- ie. somewhat 'shiny') NCO-braid attached and show a pair of (fully matching, aluminium-based, Gothic-styled) so-called: 'A'-cyphers (ie. 'Ziffern') and four (equally-styled, regular-sized) pips period-attached denoting that the pair was intended for usage by an NCO with the rank of an: 'Oberfeldwebel' (ie. sergeant first-class) who served within one of the (Heeres) medical-academies. Both straps - that came mounted onto their functional tongues - show some minimal age, wear and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The neat pair is with certainty a 'standard-issued'- (ie. non-'privately-purchased'- nor 'tailor-made'-) pair. It should be noted that the bright-purple-red- (ie. 'karmesin-roter'-) coloured branchcolour ranks amongst the rarest branchcolours as used within the: 'Deutsche Wehrmacht'. Simply a very attractive - and truly rarely seen! - WH (Heeres) 'Veterinär-Truppen'-related shoulderstrap-pair that belonged to an: 'Oberfeldwebel einer Veterinär-Abteilung und Mitglied einer Ärtzlichen Akademie des Heeres': I deem that I have priced this very attractive - and with certainty truly rarely seen! - shoulderstrap-pair (that was never before part of a collection and which was recently found as such) according to its unmistaken rarity and/or desirability!
