WH (Heeres) so-called: trade- and/or special-career arm-insignia (ie. 'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen') as intended for a: 'Schirrmeister'
This is an attractive - and truly used- and/or tunic-removed! - example of a WH (Heeres) so-called: trade- and/or special-career arm-insignia (ie. 'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen') as was specifically intended for a: 'Schirrmeister' (or: equipment-administration staff-member ie. NCO) being a neatly hand-embroidered variant that comes mounted onto a darker-green-coloured and typical woolen-based background and that comes in an overall nice- (I deem just moderately used-), condition. The neat patch is executed on darker-green-coloured wool and shows a detailed (and neatly hand-embroidered!) Gothic-styled 'G'-character. The patch - which is backed with black-coloured linnen-based cloth as more often - denoted that the soldier ie. NCO who wore it (ie. for whom it was intended) had succesfully passed several tests and could therefore be regarded as a: 'Schirrmeister'. The patch - which is totally void of a makers'-designation on its back - shows some minimal age, wear and/or staining. Simply an attractive - and truly wornn! - WH (Heeres) trade- and/or special-career arm-insignia (ie. 'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen')!
