WH cuff-title (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen') entitled: 'Kreta' (being an example that comes in a clearly issued-, worn- and/or most certainly once tunic-attached, condition)

This is a truly attractive - and/or fully 'textbook'! - example of a WH cuff-title (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen') entitled: 'Kreta' that comes in an issued-, clearly worn- and/or most certainly once tunic-attached, condition. The cuff-title comes in a minimally, period-shortened condition (ie. it measures folded approximately 36 cms.) and was as stated above clearly issued and/or worn. Both ends show some normal fraying as is more often encountered and the piece came period 'sewn-together' in order to be easily placed on the tunic (as can be seen on the pictures). The cuff-title just shows some minimal age ie. staining caused by moderate wear and/or decades of storage only (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be stated that these 'Kreta'-cuff-titles are not to be regarded as commemorative cuff-titles (such as the 'Afrikakorps' cuff-title) but were regarded as official awards that needed official recognition (and entries in both 'Soldbuch' and/or 'Wehrpass'). Simply a very attractive - totally untouched and naturally genuine! - period-example that will be very hard to be upgraded and that is I deem accordingly priced!
