This is an attractive - and with certainty not that often- ie. most certainly scarcely encountered! - silver-toned, so-called: commemorative-token (ie. 'Erinnerungs- o. tragbare Medaille') showing a detailed eagle-device and bearing the tekst that reads: 'Christophorus-Fahrt im Standort Ulm - V./A.R. Ulm - 3-12-1934' and that comes in an overall nicely preserved, condition. The neat - medium-sized- and/or regular-weight-piece having an approximate diameter of only 3,7 cms. - has truly pronounced detail and was I deem never cleaned nor polished: it has maintained a neat silverish-toned age-patina (but also shows some minimal tarnish as can be seen pictures). The piece is totally void of a makers'-designation (nor text or engraving on its back). These neat - semi-official- and unusually found - presentation-pieces were I deem used as some sort of awards as (presumably) handed-out at specific tours or alike. The piece originates from a private-household in Germany where it was recently uncovered as issued and stored for decades. Simply a very attractive - and with certainty unusually encountered! - table-medal ie. 'Erinnerungs- o. tragbare Medaille' that might merit some further investigative work!
