WH (Luftwaffe) machine-embroidered, trade- ie. special-career-patch (ie. 'Tätigkeitsabzeichen') having a golden-coloured 'Goldkordel' attached as was intended for: 'geprüfter Schirrmeister' (ie. senior equipment-administration staff)

This is an attractive - and clearly used- ie. worn and actually not that easily found! - example of a WH (Luftwaffe) machine-embroidered, so-called: trade- ie. special-career-patch (ie. 'Tätigkeitsabzeichen') having a (very unusually seen!) golden-coloured 'Goldkordel' attached as was specifically intended for: 'geprüfter Schirrmeister' (ie. senior equipment-administration staff) and that comes in an overall nice- (and as stated moderately used- ie. most certainly once tunic-attached-), condition. The badge - which is dual-piped and that has next to the 'greyish-silver'- and braid-based border (ie. 'Kordel') also a golden-toned braid-based border attached - signified that the bearer had sucessfully succeeded various tests in this speciality. The piece - which is void of an additional 'backing' - is nicely machine-woven on a LW bluish-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based background and simply shows some moderate age and/or wear. It should be noted that these LW-'Tätigkeitsabzeichen mit Goldkordel' ranked actually amongst the 'award-category' and came together with an official award-document and had to be properly entered in both 'Soldbuch' and 'Wehrpass'. Simply a neat - and truly unusually found! - LW-'Tätigkeits-Abzeichen' that is with certainty accordingly priced!
