This is an interesting - and most certainly scarcely found! - WH (ie. WWII-period!) medical-equipment piece: a yellow-toned and typical tin-based box marked: 'Ohrverschluss für Trommelfellverletzte' (that can be freely translated as: 'ear closure for eardrum injuries') and that still holds most of its period contents. The neat small-sized box (only sized: 7 x 3 x 1 cms.) comes in a nicely preserved (and still functional) condition: it shows a fully preserved text on the top of it is lid and also shows the equally printed usage-remarks on its inside. It is just a tiny bit stained and shows some handling-age. Two of the (I deem three) square-sized medical portions are still present (they have, however, hardened over the years as to be expected after over 80 years!). Nevertheless, still a neat and most certainly very unusually encountered tin-based WH (ie. 'Sanitäter'-) related box marked: 'Ohrverschluss für Trommelfellverletzte'!
