'Luxuriously'-styled - albeit empty! - etui being a maker- (ie. 'Kerbach & Oesterhelt'-) marked example as was specifically intended to store a: 'KvK 1. Kl. mit Schwertern'

This is an attractive - albeit regrettably empty! - fairly luxuriously-styled (and neatly 'domed') etui as was specifically intended to store a: 'Kriegsverdienstkreuz 1. Klasse mit Schwertern' (or: war-merits'-cross first-class with swords) and that comes in an overall very nicely preserved- and/or fully untouched, condition. The etui comes in a very fine and fully complete (and/or untouched!) condition: the very detailed, silver-toned decal representing the cross that figures on the etui's top is in a very nice and totally undamaged condition whereas the black-coloured- (and velvet-like) interior is also fully present and in place (it does, however, show some minimal age and/or staining and does show a (vaguely-present) imprint of the cross it once held (as can be seen in the pictures). The inside of the top-lid shows the makers-designation: 'Kerbach & Oesterhelt - Dresden A1' printed into its lid (as can be seen on the pictures). I deem that this attactive - and most certainly desirable! - 'KvKI.Kl. m. Schwn.'-etui is accordingly priced: it just needs an equally nicely preserved KVK first-class to complete!
