The neat badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in aluminium-based- and/or golden-coloured metal: it only shows moderate wear and/or age but nevertheless retains most of it (bright) golden-toned finish. The badge comes mounted onto its functional pin- ie. pin/catch set-up and has I deem never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' is quite detailed and was issued to commemorate the ten-years presence of the N.S.D.A.P. within the: 'Gau Essen'. (Note: this tinnie should not be mistaken for the - much more rarer! - so-called: 'Gau-Ehrenzeichen Essen', which is somewhat smaller-sized- and/or executed from more precious metal). Nevertheless, still an attractive, commemorative N.S.D.A.P.- (ie. 'Gau Essen'-) related 'tinnie' which is I deem accordingly priced!
