Early-period, SS-related 'tinnie' ie. 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen' being a maker- (ie. 'Wernstein - Jena'-) marked example showing the: 'SS-runes', '47'-numerals, swastika-sign and/or text: 'Standarten-Aufmarsch - Jena - 14.5-1933'
The golden-bronze-toned - exceedingly rarely encountered, shield-shaped and truly early-period! - SS-related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is a neatly maker- (ie. 'Wernstein - Jena'-) marked example showing the: 'SS-runes', '47'-numeral, swastika-sign- and/or text that simply reads: 'Standarten-Aufmarsch - Jena - 14.5-1933' and that comes in an overall nicely preserved and (I deem) only moderately used- ie. worn, condition. The neat 'tinnie' is executed in golden-bronze-coloured and (I deem) zinc- (ie. tin-) based metal: it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age but has I deem never been cleaned nor polished (it is still a bit dirty but has maintained a very nice - and as stated above - somewhat tarnished age-patina). The badge comes mounted onto its functional pin- ie. pin/catch-set-up and shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' is truly very detailed and retains most (ie. all!) of its golden-bronze-coloured finish (as can be seen on the pictures). I am of course aware of the high asking-price but I have seen this rare 'tinnie' sell for much more! Simply a superb - and with certainty exceedingly rarely encountered! - regional-issued, SS-related so-called: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen' that is I deem accordingly priced!
