This attractive - and with certainty not that often- ie. most certainly scarcely seen! - (in my opinion) 'foreign-produced' WH (Heeres) related, so-called: 'M43-pattern'-cap-trapezoid (ie. 'Mützentrapez') was intended for usage on the various 'M43-pattern' field-caps (ie. 'Einheitsfeldmützen') and that comes in an overall nice- (and I deem clearly used- and I deem carefully cap-remove-), condition. The piece was (I deem) clearly once-cap-attached but comes in an overall very nice- and/or fully untouched condition (as can be seen on the pictures). This example - which is executed on a (smooth-type, neatly woven and/or linnen-based) background - just shows some minimal staining simply caused by minimal wear and/or years of storage. Simply an attractive WH (Heeres)-related and/or typical trapezoid-shaped cap-badge (ie. 'Mützentrapez') that originates from a foreign (ie. I deem Italian- or French-) production and that can easily be used to restore any 'Einheitsmütze' or that is ideally fitted to be stored in any insignia-collection: I deem that I have priced this attractive and unusually-encountered WH (Heeres)-related specimen, accordingly!
