Waffen-SS-pattern, machine-embroidered and black-coloured sleeve-insignia (ie. 'Ärmelraute') depicting a captital: 'S'-character as was used to signify the function of: 'Schirrmeister' within the: 'Waffen-SS'
This is a neat - and actually quite rarely found! - Waffen-SS-pattern, machine-embroidered and/or typical black-coloured sleeve-insignia (ie. 'Ärmelraute' or: 'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen') depicting a captital: 'S'-character as was used and intended to signify the function of: 'Schirrmeister' (or: equipment-administration staff-member ie. NCO) within the: 'Waffen-SS' and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-) condition. The piece on offer here is a fully 'text-book' example that comes in an overall very nice and/or never used- (nor tunic-attached) condition. It is just a tiny bit stained simply caused by decades of storage only. Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that this example still shows the remains of its period-attached RzM-etiket (as can be noticed on the pictures). It should be noted that this is one of the rarer specimen of the extensive series. Simply a nice occasion to acquire a very nice and 100% original Waffen-SS arm-badge that almost certainly originated from the so-called: 'Dachau'-clothing-depots and that is with certainty accordingly priced!
