2-pieced, WWII-period ribbon-bar (ie. 'Feld- o. Bandspange') as was intended for the combination: 'Medaille Winterschlacht im Osten 1941-42' and a: 'WH-DA der 4. Kl.'

This is a neat, two-pieced, WWII-period ribbon-bar (ie. 'Feld- o. Bandspange') as was specifically intended for the combination: 'Medaille Winterschlacht im Osten 1941-42' (ie. 'Ost'- or Eastern-Front medal) and a: 'WH-Dienstauszeichnung der 4. Klasse' (or WH loyal-service medal as was awarded for four years of loyal service) having a (silver-coloured) eagle-device attached and that comes in an overall nice- (and just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The piece is a 'standard-issue'-pattern, two-pieced ribbon-bar (ie. 'Feld- o. Bandspange') of which both ribbons are of the somewhat larger (ie. regular 2,5 cms. wide-sized) version: it measures thus 5 cms. in length. The piece is not 'backed' with a piece of wool but comes mounted onto a metal-based 'backing-plate' as more often. The bar comes in an overall nice condition and is naturally fully functional: it just shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a nice opportunity to acquire a neat 2-pieced ribbon-bar that can be used for almost every TR-tunic!
