5-pieced, WWI- (ie. TR-) period medal-bar (ie. 'Ordenspange') & accomp. 'Feld-/Bandspange' resp. depicting a WWI-period: 'EKII.Kl.', a: FKK 1914-18', a: 'Bayr. TD'-medal, a: Czech 'Anschluss'-medal and a: 'LS-Ez. der 2.Stf.'
This is an attractive - and in this uncommonly found combination not that often seen! - five-pieced medal-bar (ie. 'Ordenspange') being of the 'non-detachable'-pattern that came with its (accompanying and matching ribbon-bar ie. 'Feld-/Bandspange'!) that is respectively depicting a WWI-period: 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' (or: iron cross second class), a: 'Frontkämpferkreuz 1914-18' (ie.: 'Kriegsteilnehmerkreuz mit Schwertern'), a Bavarian loyal-service medal (ie. 'Bayr. Treue Dienst-Medaille der 2. Klasse'), a: Czech 'Anschluss'-medal (ie. 'Medaille zur Erinnerung an den 1. Oktober 1938') as was awarded to all members of the armed forces that participated in the German occupation of Czechoslovakia that started on: '1. Oktober 1938' and a: 'Luftschutz-Ehrenzeichen 2. Stufe' (or: air-raid-warden service-medal second-class) being a 'regular-weight'-specimen as was executed in typical, greyish-toned- and/or zinc-based metal (ie. 'Feinzink'), all five pieces (and accompanying ribbon-bar!) coming in an overall nice- (albeit minimally used- ie. worn-), condition. All five awards are truly bronze- (ie. tarnished golden-) and/or greyish-silver-coloured that are just minimally tarnished by age and/or moderate usage and wear (as can be seen on the pictures) but are void of any damage or alike. The pieces come naturally mounted onto their period ribbons and have a nicely preserved age-patina and are just a tiny bit dirty: they were (I deem) never cleaned nor polished (as can be seen on the pictures). The entire 'Spange' is nicely 'backed' with a piece of purple-red-coloured wool and comes mounted onto a metal-based: 'backing-plate' that shows a (regular-type- and functional) pin- ie. catch-set-up (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'Frontkämpferkreuz 1914-18' is a clearly maker- (ie. 'G11'-) marked example. Simply an attractive example of a five-pieced WW1- (ie. TR-) related 'Ordenspangen-Satz' in an uncommonly found combination that is (I deem) accordingly priced!
