Single, WH (Heeres) EM-type 'cyphered' (M40-pattern) shoulderstrap: 'Soldat des Nachschub-Abtlgs. 2'

This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single! - WH (Heeres), early- (ie. evt. pre-war-) period, so-called: 'M40'-pattern- (rounded-styled) 'cyphered'- and or bright-blue-piped, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap as was intended for - and worn by! - a: 'Soldat des Nachschub-Abteilungs 2' (or: simple soldier and presumably driver who served within the army transport-unit, numbered: '2') and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstrap - which is approximately 12,5 cms. sized in length - has the 'standard-type'- and/or darker-green-coloured, smooth-woolen-based 'upperdeck' and has the bright-blue- (ie. 'kornblumenblauer'-) toned and/or woolen-based piping attached. The strap shows the neat (machine-embroidered by means of so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei'-) so-called: '2'-cypher ie. numeral. This 'cypher' is executed in the bright-blue- (ie. 'korbblumenblauer'-) coloured wool ie. linnen as to be expected (as can be seen on the pictures). The strap - which never had a tongue attached and that was a piece of the sew-in-pattern - shows as stated above just minimal usage and/or wear and is just minimally stained. It should be noted that all 'cyphered'-pattern shoulderstraps can easily be regarded 'fairly scarce'. Simply an attractive and/or: early-war-period, neatly 'cyphered' and/or 'Heeres'-related EM-type shoulderstrap that was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat des Nachschub-Abteilungs 2'!
