Pair of WH (Heeres) officers'-pattern shoulderboards: 'Oberleutnant der Infanterie-Trpn.' (that comes with a pair of scarcely seen regimental-indicator-'Laschen' period-attached)

This is an attractive - fully matching and actually in this particular set-up scarcely encountered! - pair of WH (Heeres) officers'-type shoulderboards as piped in the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour and that is showing a pair of bright-red- (ie. greenish/white-) coloured (and linnen- ie. braid-based!) so-called: regimental-indicator-'Laschen' period-attached as was intended for usage by an: 'Oberleutnant der Infanterie-Truppen' (or: officer and infantry-lieutnant first-class) and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. clearly issued- and truly used- ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderboards are truly 'text-book'-examples of the 'Heeres'-type, 'Infanterie'-shoulderboards and have the greyish-silver- (ie. somewhat sub-dued-type) 'upperdecks'. The boards show the desirable white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour (and were constructed from the smooth-type wool as to be expected). The boards never had any tongues attached (they were used as a pair of the 'sew-in'-pattern) and measure approximately 11,7 cms. in length each. The boards - that each show a regular-sized and golden-tone pip attached - just show some moderate age and/or wear only (as can be seen on the pictures). The boards show a (matching) pair of bright-red-coloured (and braid-based!) so-called: regimental-indicator-'Laschen' period- (and firmly!) attached (whereas one of the boards also shows a green-white-striped example attached as can be seen on the pictures). It should be mentioned that these 'Heeres-Offizier'-type 'Infanterie'-shoulderboards have a period-attached pair of so-called: regimental-indicator-'Laschen' attached are actually quite hard to come by and can easily be graded 'fairly scarce'. Simply an attractive officers'-type shoulderboard-pair that belonged to an: 'Oberleutnant der Infanterie-Truppen' and that is I deem accordingly priced!
