This is a very unusual - and with certainty not that often ie. scarcely found! - TR-period- (ie. I deem WH (Kriegsmarine)-related) souvenir-piece: a brownish-toned and/or genuine leather-based wallet that shows various insignia period-attached (such as a neat example of a typical: WH (Heeres ie. KM) EM- (ie. NCO-) type, 'Buntmetall'-based visor-cap-eagle (ie. 'Schirmmützenadler für Mannschaften u. Uffz. der KM'), two pips, a KM-related 'Nachrichten'- ie. signals-related shoulder-strap-device and a golden-toned, regrettably by me unidentified lion-device attached and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit clearly used- but still fully functional-), condition. The wallet - that measures approximately 11 x 8 cms. - shows some obvious wear and/or age but all (most certainly period-attched!) devices have their prongs firmly in place (as can be noticed on the pictures). Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that this piece (that was recently found at German household) came with a small-sized (period!) entry-card: this was kept in the wallet for decades. In any case is this an unusual WH (Kriegsmarine) period-souvenir that helds various interesting insignia and that would most certainly merit further investigative work!
