Pair of WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps: 'Oberfeldwebel u. Mitglied des (Nebel)Werfer-Rgts. o. Abtlgs. 2'

The truly attractive - fully 'text-book' and in all respects matching! - pair of 'standard-issued'- (ie. most certainly 'non-privately-purchased'!) pattern, WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps is piped in the desirable, neat darker-purple-red- (ie. 'bordeaux-roter'-) coloured branchcolour and measures approximately 12 cms. in length each. The straps have the desirable darker-purple-red- (ie. 'bordeaux-roter'-) coloured- and/or: woolen-type piping attached (as is more often encountered with these early-war-period shoulderstrap-pairs) and was as such intended for usage by an: 'Oberfeldwebel u. Mitglied des (Nebel)Werfer-Rgts. o. Abteilungs 2' (or: senior-NCO and sergeant first-class who served within an army smoke-troops unit ie. regiment, numbered '2'). The shoulderstraps are typical 'standard-issued'-examples that have the darker-green-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks': they shows the typical ('standard-issue'- ie. early- dotted-pattern, silver-toned) NCO-braid, a pair of (smaller-sized, aluminium-based) '2'-numerals and two pairs of (also aluminium-based and smaller-sized) pips, period-attached (as can be noticed on the pictures). The straps were - I deem - just minimally used ie. worn and do show some truly minimal wear, age and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - that came with a pair of silverish-toned, company-buttons attached that show the numeral '11' - never had any tongues attached and was with certainty used as a pair of the 'sew-in'-pattern. These desirable 'M40- o. 41'-pattern, army 'Nebelwerfer'-related, NCO-type shoulderstraps as piped in the darker-purple-red- (ie. 'bordeaux-roter'-) coloured branchcolour can nowadays easily be graded 'fairly rare'. Simply a very attractive - and fully matching! - NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair that belonged 'Oberfeldwebel u. Mitglied des (Nebel)Werfer-Rgts. o. Abteilungs 2' and that is priced according to its unmistaken rarity and/or desirability!
