Luxuriously-styled and partly enamelled SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related commemorative-plaque (ie. 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Plakette') entitled: 'S.A. Treffen - Brig. 86 - Schwaben - 24.-25.8.1935'

This is a truly very attractive - luxuriously-styled and partly enamelled and with certainty very rarely found! - somewhat larger-sized (ie. measuring approximately 6 x 6 cms.) so-called: SA- (ie. Sturmabteilungen-) related commemorative-plaque (ie. 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Plakette') showing a Reichsadler-device holding an SA-dagger in its claws and in its centre showing and enamelled 'Auflage' that shows the (enamelled) SA-logo and text: 'S.A. Treffen - Brig. 86 - Schwaben - 24.-25.8.1935' and that is showing a superimposed text on its back that simply reads: 'Der Führer der SA-Brigade 86 (Schwab) dem alten treuen Kämpfer der Führers in Dankbarkeit - Augsburg 1935' and that comes in an overall very nice- (and totally undamaged!), condition. The very detailed commemorative-plaque (which was presumably awarded to a few 'alter Kämpfer' during a specific SA-related meeting held in the town of Augsburg in 1935) is executed in typical, silver-toned (and I deem 'Buntmetall'-based) metal: it shows (on its front) a neat and detailed enamelled 'SA'-logo (that is void of any damage). On the other side the piece shows the superimposed text: 'Der Führer der SA-Brigade 86 (Schwab) dem alten treuen Kämpfer der Führers in Dankbarkeit - Augsburg 1935' (denoting that this example was intended ie. awarded to a (few?) older SA-members (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece is totally void of a makers'-designation. Simply a very attractive SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen') 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Plakette' that will be very hard to be upgraded and that is with certainty priced according to its rarity and/or desirability!
