WH (Kriegsmarine) 'Kriegsabzeichen für Minensuch-, U-Boot-Jagd und Sicherungs-Verbände' (being a very detailed and clearly maker-marked example as executed in multi-coloured 'Buntmetall' as produced by the: 'Schwerin - Berlin'-company)

This is a very attractive - and truly 'high-quality'-produced! - example of a WH (Kriegsmarine) so-called: 'Kriegsabzeichen für Minensuch-, U-Boot-Jagd und Sicherungs-Verbände' (or: mine-sweeper war-badge) being a very detailed and clearly maker-marked example as was executed in multi-coloured 'Buntmetall' and that was produced by the maker: 'Schwerin - Berlin' and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The award is (I deem) a fairly early-war-period produced specimen that has retained great pronounced detail. It comes naturally mounted onto its functional (and/or neatly vertically-mounted- and/or: 'flattened'- ie. flute-shaped pin-, typical catch and/or typical pin-attachment (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece was most certainly never cleaned ie. polished and truly retains most (ie. all!) of its golden- and/or silver-coloured finish: just some regular wear and/or age is visible. Its shows the clearly present (and expected!) super-imposed: 'Fec. Otto Placzek Berlin - Ausf. Schwerin - Berlin'-designation on its back (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply a very attractive KM-war-badge that comes in just a minimally worn and/or fully untouched condition: one of the nicest such examples I ever had on offer for quite some time!
