N.S.K.O.V.- (ie. WWI-veteran-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie'): 'Frontsoldaten u. Kriegsopfer-Ehrentag - Northheim - 7.6.1938'

This is an attractive - golden-bronze-toned- and typical zinc- (ie. 'pot-metal'-) based - so-called: 'Nationalsozialistischer Kriegsopferversorsung'- (ie. 'N.S.K.O.V.'- ie. veteran-association-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: Veranstaltungsabzeichen) as was specifcally issued to commemorate a WWI-veteran-related gathering that is entitled: 'Frontsoldaten u. Kriegsopfer-Ehrentag - Northheim - 7.6.1938' and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit surely issued ie. moderately worn-), condition. The detailed and/or pronounced shield-shaped day-badge - which is executed in golden-bronze-toned- (ie. 'Feinzink'-based) metal - shows great detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished (it is still a bit dirty ie. stained). The (hollow-back- and shield-shaped) piece shows the typical 'N.S.K.O.V.'-logo and towns'-shield coupled with the above-mentioned text. The badge - which is void of a makers'-designation - comes naturally mounted onto its (functional) pin-/catch set-up. Simply a neat - and most certainly not that often encountered! - locally-issued, N.S.K.O.V.- (ie. WWI-veteran-) related 'tinnie' that is I deem accordingly priced!
