Unusual, 'Deutscher Turnerbund'-related 'tinnie' being a maker- (ie. 'P. Koppenwall'-) marked example depicting a stylished DT-device ie. logo, flag-bearer and text: '2. Jugendtreffen des deutschen Turnerbundes - Salzburg - 1931'

The neat - and with certainty not that often seen! - very early-period, 'Deutscher Turnerbund'-related 'tinnie' is executed in golden-bronze-toned metal (ie. tin- or so-called: pot-metal) and is a maker- (ie. 'P. Koppenwall'-) marked example that depicts a stylished DT-device ie. logo, flag-bearer and text that reads: '2. Jugendtreffen des deutschen Turnerbundes - Salzburg - 1931' (and that is showing the secondary text: 'Das ganze Deutschland soll es sein' on its top). The attractive shield-shaped badge - that shows some normal wear and/or moderate age - comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin- ie. pin/catch-set-up and has (I deem) never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures) but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The regular-sized- and shield-shaped piece (having an approximate height of 6,2 cms.) shows a clear makers'-designation on its back that reads: 'P. Koppenwall' (or alike). Simply a neat occasion to acquire a neat (and very early-period!) 'Deutscher Turnerbund'-related 'tinnie' (ie. day-badge or 'Tagungs- o. Veranstaltungsabzeichen') for a justified price!
