Single-pieced, ribbon-bar (ie. 'Band- o. Feldspange'): 'Tapferkeitsauszeichnung für Angehörige der Ostvölker, 3. Klasse in Bronze mit Schwn.'

This is an attractive - and actually hard to find! - single-pieced, WH (Heeres ie. 'Ostvölker'-related) ribbon-bar (ie. 'Band- o. Feldspange') as was specifically intended for a: 'Tapferkeitsauszeichnung für Angehörige der Ostvölker, 3. Klasse in Bronze mit Schwn.' (or: 'Ostvölker' bronze-class service-medal for shown bravery on the Eastern Front with swords) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used- and/or worn-), condition. The ribbon-bar is of the regular (ie. larger) ribbon-bar-size and measures approximately 2,5 cms. in length as is more often encountered (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'Spange' comes in a nice condition overall and is of course functional: it is, neatly 'backed' with a piece of greyish-black-coloured wool (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece retains its pin-attachment but is void of a catch (as can be seen on the pictures). This particular example was just moderately worn ie. used: it does show some usage-marks and/or minimal aging ie. wear. Simply an attractive (and not that easily found!) single-pieced, WH (Heeres ie. 'Ostvölker'-related) 'Band-/Feldspange': great to decorate almost any 'Ostvölker'-related tunic!
