Superb - and fully matching! - pair of early-period (ie. 'M36 o. M40'-pattern and rounded-styled) WH (Heeres) 'cyphered', EM-type shoulderstraps as was intended for a: 'Soldat u. Mitglied des Kav. o. Superb - and fully matching! - pair of early-period (ie. 'M36 o. M40'-pattern and rounded-styled) WH (Heeres) 'cyphered', EM-type shoulderstraps as was intended for a: 'Soldat u. Mitglied des Kav. o. Aufklärungs-Schützen-Regiments 6'

This is a truly very attractive - fully matching and with certainty rarely found! - pair of early-war-period (ie. 'M36 o. M40'-pattern and/or rounded-styled), WH (Heeres) 'cyphered', enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Soldat u. Mitglied des Kavallerie o. Aufklärungs-Schützen-Regiments 6' (or: simple soldier who served within a specific cavalry- ie. reconnaisance regiment or unit, numbered: '6') and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat straps - which are executed in the darker-green-coloured and/or 'smooth-type' wool - show the typical (woolen-based) golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured piping attached and measure approximately 10,6 cms. in length each. The straps show the neat (machine-embroidered by means of so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei'), Gothic-styled: 'S'-cyphers and/or: '6'-numerals (or: 'Ziffern') attached (which are executed in the golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured wool ie. linnen as to be expected). The straps - which are of the typical 'standard-issued'-pattern - show as stated above only moderate usage and wear (just some minimal age, dust and/or staining is visible and/or present). They came mounted onto their (somewhat simplified) tongues attached as worn and or used. It should be noted that ALL 'cyphered', enlisted-mens'-pattern 'Kavallerie o. Aufklärungs-Schützen'-type shoulderstraps can easily be regarded 'rare' and come not that often for sale. In any case a very attractive and early-war-period, 'Heeres-Kavallerie o. Aufklärungs-Schützen'-related, EM-type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat u. Mitglied des Kavallerie o. Aufklärungs-Schützen-Regiments 6': I deem that I have priced this attractive pair according to its obvious rarity and/or desirability!
