The truly attractive - fully 'text-book', just moderately worn and matching - pair of 'standard-issued'- (ie. 'non-privately-purchased'!) pattern, WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps is piped in the desirable, neat darker-purple-red- (ie. 'bordeaux-roter'-) coloured branchcolour and measures approximately 11,5 cms. in length each. The straps have the desirable darker-purple-red- (ie. 'bordeaux-roter'-) coloured- and/or: desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as is more often encountered with these early- ie. mid-war-period shoulderstrap-pairs) and was as such intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier eines (Nebel)Werfer-Regiments o. Abteilungs' (or: junior-sergeant who served within an army smoke-troops unit ie. regiment). The shoulderstraps are typical 'standard-issued'-examples that have the field-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks': they were - I deem - just minimally used ie. worn and do show some truly minimal wear, age and/or staining: strangely enough does one of the straps show more usage then the other: both were, however, most certainly worn as a pair (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps show the silverish-yellow-toned NCO-braid attached and come naturally mounted onto their functional tongues. These desirable 'M40- o. 43'-pattern, army 'Nebelwerfer'-related NCO-type shoulderstraps as piped in the darker-purple-red- (ie. 'bordeaux-roter'-) coloured branchcolour can nowadays easily be graded 'very scarce'. Simply a very attractive - and matching! - shoulderstrap-pair that belonged an: 'Unteroffizier eines (Nebel)Werfer-Regiments o. Abteilungs' and that is priced according to its unmistaken scarcity and/or desirability!
