Superb - truly used- and/or cap-removed! - WH (Heeres) so-called: 'T-shaped'- (ie. This is an attractive - truly used- and/or cap-removed and actually veryscarcely seen! - example of the WH (Heeres) so-called: 'T-shaped'- (ie. 'M41-pattern'-) cap-eagle/cocarde (ie. cap-trapezoid or: 'Mützentrapez') as was specifically produced for usage on the M41-model officers'-caps (ie. 'Einheitsfeldmützen für Offiziere') being executed in so-called: 'flat-wire', 'BeVo'-weave-pattern and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. clearly used- and/or carefully cap-removed-), condition. The piece is neatly executed in so-called 'BeVo'-weave 'flatwire'-pattern on a darker-green-toned background and was carefully trimmed and/or confectioned (and still shows some of the stitching-holes with which it was once cap-attached. The patch is executed in bright-silver-coloured 'braid' on a typical, darker-green-coloured (and/or also linnen-based-) background onto a darker-green-coloured 'backing' and shows a tiny flaw on a section of it right-side wing (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be noted that these 'M-41'-model, 'T-shaped' officers'-cap-eagles rank amongst the more difficult to find specimen of the extensive series. Simply a neat - and truly used! – example that can excellenty be used for a restauration of an M41-model officers'-type field-cap!
