Attractive - and scarcely encountered! - so-called: 'Finish Order of the Cross of Liberty - IV. class' being a silverish-black-coloured example that came mounted onto its period, bright-red/white-coloured ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt')

This is an attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - example of a so-called: 'Finish Order of the Cross of Liberty - IV. class' (ie. so-called: 'Finnish Cross of Mourning' as was intended for the next-of-kin of fallen soldiers) being a silverish-black-coloured example that shows on its back the date: '1941' and that comes mounted onto its period, bright-red and white-coloured (and specifically confectioned!) ribbon and that comes in an overall very nice- (and I deem only minimally used and/or worn-), condition. The cross has an immaculate surface without showing any damage or alike: it just shows some regular tarnished surface I deem just caused by usage and/or moderate wear. The silver-coloured finish - as applied on the arms of the Finnish-styled swastika - shows some minimal tarnish but was never cleaned nor polished. The cross naturally retains its silver-toned device attached (showing two arms holding swords) and also shows an additional oak-leaves-device (as can be seen on the photos). I deem that I have priced this attractive and most certainly decorative 'foreign'-award accordingly!
