Attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - so-called: EM/NCO-pattern 'Allgemeine-SS'-shoulderboard as was intended for an SS-staff-member holding the rank of: 'SS-Mann bis SS-Stabsscharführer'

This is an attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - so-called: enlisted-mens'- (ie. NCO-) pattern, 'Allgemeine-SS'-shoulderboard as was intended an SS-staff-member holding the rank of: 'SS-Mann bis SS-Stabsscharführer' and that comes in an overalll ver nice- (I deem probably issued albeit simply never worn- nor used-), condition. These shoulderboards were specifically intended for usage on the black-coloured service-tunics (and/or great-coats) and saw usage from 1933 upto 1945. The piece comes without tongue (as more often) and is of the 'sew-in'-type: it is executed in the black-coloured wool having an 'upperdeck' that is constructed from the typical silver-/black-coloured twisted braid as to be expected. The board - which measures approximately 13 cms. in length - might be of a (Dutch ie. Flemish) private-production: it was found together with the 'Algemene-SS Dienstraute' which I offer under number: 64170: both pieces were stored by the same person for decades. Simply a neat - and fairly scarcely encountered! - 'Allgemeine-SS', enlisted-mens'- (ie. NCO-) pattern shoulderboard: hard to find a more attractive example for a better price!
