Attractive - regrettably single but nevertheless truly rarely seen! - WH (Heeres) 'cyphered' shoulderstrap as piped in the bright-red-coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Obermusikmeister des Artillerie-Regiments 32'

This is a truly attractive - regrettably single but nevertheless rarely encountered! - WH (Heeres) neatly 'cyphered' shoulderboard as piped in the as piped in the bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Obermusikmeister des Artillerie-Regiments 32' (or: artillery-officer and army-musician who served with the artillery-regiment, numbered: '32' and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit clearly issued, worn and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The board has the (typical) bright-silver-coloured- (ie. non-'sub-dued'-) so-called: 'upperdeck' (that shows the typical interwoven bright-red-coloured piping as to be expected) shows a neat (golden-bronze-toned) 'Lyra'-cypher (ie. 'Ziffer'), equally executed pip and pair of (smaller-sized): '3'- and/or: '2'-numerals period-attached denoting the rank- (ie. function) of: an: 'Obermusikmeister des Artillerie-Regiments 32'. The neat devices are just a tiny bit tarnished from normal age and/or storage for decades but are very pronounced and detailed (as can be seen on the pictures). The board - that measures approx. 10,3 cms. in length - comes mounted onto its smaller-sized tongue attached and does show some obvious wear, age and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). This very nice - and truly rarely encountered! - shoulderboard was recently found at a private-household and came as such straight from the family who kept and stored this piece for decades. Simply a very attractive - and with certainty desirable! - neatly 'cyphered' shoulderboard as executed in one of the most rarely encountered branchcolours of the 'Deutsche Wehrmacht': I deem that I have priced this rare and interesting 'Musiker'-board according to its obvious rarity and/or desirabilty!
