Stunning, 'Nahkampfspange in Bronze' (or: bronze-class close-combat clasp ie. CCC) being a neatly maker-marked- and/or minimally converse-shaped specimen as was produced by the: 'JFS'- (ie. 'Joseph Feix u. Söhne'-) company

This is a truly very attractive - and simply never used- nor worn- ie. 'virtually mint'! - example of a so-called: 'Nahkampfspange in Bronze' (or: bronze-class close-combat clasp ie. CCC) being a neatly maker- (ie. 'JFS'-) marked- and/or minimally converse-shaped version (by the company: 'Joseph Feix u. Söhne' based in the town of Gablonz) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. presumably issued albeit simply never used nor worn-), condition. The piece - which has a truly very detailed and/or pronounced appearance - is as stated above a neatly maker-marked specimen bearing the makers'-signification- (ie. logo: 'JFS') on its back, denoting that this is a piece as was produced by the: 'Joseph Feix u. Söhne'-company as based in the town of Gablonz. Moreover, does it show the usually encountered designer-marking that reads: 'Fec.W.E. Peekhaus - Berlin'. The 'Spange' is as stated minimally converse-shaped and shows a neat flute-shaped and equally bronze-toned - pin (and/or catch-/catch-set-up) both which are of course still present and/or fully functional. The clasp truly retains truly all of its original (darker-coloured) bronze-toned finish and has never been cleaned nor polished: it does show some truly minimal- and non-disturbing storage-age only (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'crimped' (steel-coloured) metal-based 'back-plate' is naturally also present and firmly in place. The piece comes still packed in its piece of thin-shaped 'wrapping-paper' and was found as such at a private-household in Germany and was never before part of a collection. It deals with a so-called: 'JFS - 2nd pattern - Raised Designer's Mark'-specimen (as uniquely numbered with the reference-number: '6.5' according to the excellent reference-work entitled: 'The German Close Combat Clasp of World War II' by my American friend Thomas Durante). Simply a very attractive example of a bronze-class 'Nahkampfspange': it should be noted that original examples of this neat award are nowadays getting very hard to get. I deem that I priced this very attractive example according to its overall extremely nice and/or fully untouched condition!
