The truly attractive - and fairly high-quality produced! - day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in copper-bronze-toned- (and I deem tin-based) metal that depicts a detailed portrait of Adolf Hitler and swastika coupled with the text: 'Sportfest der Standarte 171 - 17. Juni 1934' and that was as such intended for an SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related gathering or rally held in the year 1934. The shield-shaped badge (having an approximate height of 5 cms.) - shows some normal wear and/or moderate age and comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin-/catch set-up and has (I deem) never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures) but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The 'tinnie' retains most of its (fairly shiny) golden-bronze-coloured finish. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive SA-related- (and with certainty scarcely encountered!) so-called: 'Tagungs- o. Veranstaltungsabzeichen' for an interesting price!
