This is a neat - and clearly used- ie. carefully (side-)cap-removed! - WH (Luftwaffe) EM- (ie. eventually NCO-) type side-cape eagle (ie. 'Schiffchenadler für Mannschaften und Unteroffiziere der Luftwaffe') being a once cap-attached example as was executed in typical machine-embroidered-pattern on a darker-blue-coloured- and/or woolen-based background and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. carefully side-cap-removed-), condition. These cap-eagles were presumably intended for enlisted-mens' (ie. NCO-) usage and have truly nice detail (as can be seen on the pictures). It was clearly used and was was once sewn onto a cap : it was presumably once glued into an album or scrapbook and does show some minimal glue-remains on its back (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a great opportunity to acquire a truly worn WH (Luftwaffe) EM-/ie. NCO-type side-cap-eagle for a justified price!
