This is a neat - and typical 'Zellstoff'-based - medal-pouch, entitled: 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen Schwarz' being a beige-brownish-coloured example as executed in typical: 'Zellstoff'-based paper as was specifically intended for storage of a black-class VWA by the maker: 'Hermann Wernstein - Jena-Lobstedt.' and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit clearly issued- and used- but still fully complete, condition. The neat - and naturally 100% genuine and period! - pouch sized: 10,8 x 5,8 cms.) is complete and of course still fully functional: it just shows some minimal folds (ie. minimal staining) and is somewhat 'wrinkled' by age (as can be seen on the pictures). I deem that this neat period-pouch can be excellently used to complete a maker- (ie. '5'- or: 'L/17'-) marked 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen Schwarz'-set. Simply a nice occasion to aquire a neat - and genuine! - 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen Schwarz'-pouch for a justified price!
