Attractive - and aluminium-based - WH (Luftwaffe) ie. 'Flak'-related ID-disc (ie. 'Erkennungsmarke') bearing the unit-designation that simply reads: '12.Flakschw.Battr.III./64 (9-150)(motZ)' and that comes mounted on its period cord
This is an attractive example of a silver-coloured- and/or typical aluminium-based, WH (Luftwaffe-) ie. 'Flakartillerie'-related, 'standard-issue pattern', ID-disc (ie. 'Erkennungsmarke') that is bearing the (clearly!) stamped unit-designation that simply reads: '12.Flakschw.Battr.III./64 (9-150)(motZ)' (and as such being a disc that was - I deem- intended for a soldier or NCO who served within a specific (motorised) anti-aircraft, search-light staff-member) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit clearly used ie. worn- and/or minimally stained-), condition. The attractive disc is in overall nice condition (and is executed in an attractive letter-type!) and shows the clear evidence of having been used ie. worn (as can be seen in the pictures). The disc is void of a bearers'-blood-group-type something that is more often the case. The disc was never cleaned nor polished (it is still a bit stained and/or dirty) and comes still mounted onto its period cord as issued and/or worn. The disc - that also shows some non-decypherable- and crudely engraved text ie. name on its back - originates from a larger ID-disc collection that was compiled over many years. Simply an attractive and honest WH (Luftwaffe) ie. 'LW-Flakartillerie'- (ie. 'Flakscheinwerfer'-) related ID-disc that is with certainty accordingly priced!
