This example was with certainty issued and was moderately used- ie. once tunic-attached and has lost its paper-based 'RzM-etiket' (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece just shows some minimal age, wear- and/or staining caused by moderate wear and/or decades of storage: it still shows some thread- ie. stitching-remains of having been once tunic- ie. shirt-attached (as can be seen on the pictures).
