WH (Luftwaffe) bluish-grey-coloured, steel-based belt-buckle, being a maker- (ie. 'R.S.&S'- is: 'R. Sieper & Söhne'-) marked- example that comes in a 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-, condition

This is a truly very attractive example of a (Luftwaffe) bluish-grey-coloured- and/or typical steel-based belt-buckle, being a neatly maker- (ie. 'R.S.&S'- thus by: 'R. Sieper & Söhne'-) marked example that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. The buckle truly retains almost all of its fairly 'matted- ie. satin'-styled, bluish-grey-coloured finish without showing any defaults whatsoever: it was simply never cleaned nor polished and does show some minimal storage-staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The inside of the buckle shows some obvious dust caused by over more than 80 years of storage. The buckle shows (as stated above) a clearly present makers'-logo that reads: 'R.S.&S' as is more often observed: it is thus a piece that was produced by the: 'Richard Sieper & Söhne'-company as was based in the town of Lüdenscheid. It should be noted that these minty examples are nowadays quite difficult to encounter. The piece originates from an extensive belt-buckle-collection that I recently acquired for the web-site. Simply a very attractive, 'R.S.&S'- marked 'Luftwaffe'-example that is priced according to its overall very nice ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued' condition!
