The truly attractive - and with certainty very unusually seen! - WH (Heeres) shoulderstraps do show the desirable bright-green- (ie. 'wiesengrüner'-) coloured and/or: typical 'silk-like'-type piping attached and measure approximately 11 cms. in length each and are clearly of the so-called: 'last-ditch'- (ie. 'M44/M45'-) pattern. The shoulderstraps are constructed from the (typical) field-grey- ie. earthen-brownish-toned- and/or quite roughly executed, later-war-type wool (as can be seen on pictures). The (slightly broader-shaped) straps come naturally mounted onto their truly simplified tongues (constructed from a piece of greyish-coloured braid!) and do show clear usage and/or moderate wear ie. age (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair shows the greyish-silver-toned (and somewhat sub-dued-pattern) NCO-braid attached (which is of the pattern showing two black-stripes )and was clearly used and/or worn as such. It should be noted that these matching pairs of bright-green-piped- (thus 'Panzer-Grenadiere'-related) and/or later-war period- (ie. 'simplified'- ie. 'M44/M45'-pattern-) NCO-type, shoulderstraps are very desirable and can easily be graded 'scarce' even more so when they come in this moderately used- and/or truly worn condition!
