This is a truly very attractive - and fully textbook and nowadays not that often seen! - example of a (typical) printed- and/or later-war-period, so-called: 'Deutscher Volkssturm'-armband (ie. 'Armbinde') being and example that is executed in slightly 'thicker-styled' cloth and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. possibly issued albeit simply never used- nor worn- ie. 'virtually mint'-), condition. The neat armband - which saw usage by the last-ditch 'Wehrmacht'-troops of 1944/1945 - is executed on typical printed (and somewhat course-like) linnen and was (somewhat roughly!) 'off-factory' assembled and stiched-together (as can be seen on the pictures). The armband measures approximately 40 x 6,3 cms. and shows very bright and vivid colours: it just shows some minimal storage-age only (ie. some wrinkles) and can easily be graded 'virtually mint' (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a nice opportunity to acquire a 'virtually mint' example of this scarcely seen 'variant-pattern'- and/or later-war-period VS-armband for a justified price: one of the nicest examples I had on offer for quite some time!
