Attractive - and fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres) NCO-type (ie. 'M40-/M43'-pattern) shoulderstraps as was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier eines Heeres Nachrichten-Abteilungs'

This is an attractive - and fully matching and actually not that easily found! - pair of WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-) war-period, so-called: 'M40-/M43'-pattern, NCO-type shoulderstraps having the neat (period re-coloured!) bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelber'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - an: 'Unteroffizier eines Heeres Nachrichten-Abteilungs' (or: junior-sergeant who served within an army-signals unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstraps - which measure approximately 11,7 cms. in length each - have the 'standard-type'- and/or field-grey-coloured, woolen-based 'upperdecks'. The straps - which have the bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelber'-) coloured- and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached - show the ('standard-issue'-pattern, bluish-grey-coloured ie. typically 'sub-dued') NCO-braid attached denoting that the NCO who wore this pair was an: 'Unteroffizier' (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - which came mounted onto their functional tongues - shows as stated above some moderate usage and/or wear (some minor staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that this pair originally had the white-coloured (ie. infantry-related) branchcolour: this was, however, period-bright-yellow-coloured (as was done by regulation). Simply an attractive and/or: mid-war-period, 'Heeres'-related NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier eines Heeres Nachrichten-Abteilungs' and that is accordingly priced!
