Stunning - and very rarely encountered! - WH (Heeres) 'flatwire'-woven, officers'-type overseas cap-eagle (ie. 'Offiziers-Mützenadler für Panzer-Schiffchen') that comes mounted onto a black-coloured background

This is a truly very attractive - and actually very rarely encountered! - WH (Heeres) 'flatwire'-woven, officers'-type overseas cap-eagle (ie. 'Offiziers-Mützenadler für Panzer-Schiffchen') and that comes in a wonderful- (ie. simply never used- ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. These desirable cap-eagles were specifically intended for usage on the popular, 'high-quality' officers'-type 'Schiffchen' (ie. side-caps). The eagle is executed in bright-silver-grey- ('flatwire'-type) thread on a black-coloured (and linnen-based) background and comes in an absolute 'mint ie. unissued' condition and comes 'as straightly cut-off the role' (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be noted that these attractive 'flatwire-woven'-type 'Panzer' side-cap-eagles are almost never offered for sale and can as such easily be graded 'rare'. Simply a great occasion to acquire a superb piece of German cap-insignia for a competitive price!
