This is a very attractive - and actually never before encountered! - example of an Austrian-produced, so-called: 'Arbeitsdienst Ehrendienst'-honorary-lapel-pin being a bronze-toned- and maker- (ie. 'E. Seegebrecht - Wien VII'-) marked badge that bears a unique, engraved and low(!) bearers'-numeral (that reads '1013') and that comes in an overall very nicely preserved- (and I deem only minimally used- ie. worn-), condition. The attractive badge - which is executed in typical, copper-toned (and minimally tarnished) metal and that comes mounted onto its (also) copper-toned pin- ie. pin/catch-set-up - has an approximate height of 5,5 cms. and shows the typical: 'Arbeitsdienst'-symbol surrounded by oak-leaves and depicting the text: 'Arbeitsdienst Ehrendienst' (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece was presumably issued and worn and comes in a truly very nicely preserved condition without showing any defaults (as can be seen on the pictures). I could not find any additional reference-material for this unusual badge and deem that it surely merits further investigative work. Simply a very attractive - and with certainty rarely found! - 'Arbeitsdienst Ehrendienst'-honorary-lapel-pin lapel-pin that is with certainty accordingly priced: only the first such neat RAD-related-item I ever had on offer!
