Superb - and fully matching! - pair of Waffen-SS-related, golden-bronze-coloured (ie. 'Buntmetall'-based-) so-called: 'L'-shoulderboard-'cyphers' (ie. 'Ziffern') as intended for: 'Führer der Kraftfahrtechnische Lehranstalt der Waffen-SS'

This is a very attractive - and with certainty rarely encountered! - pair of fully matching officers'-type- (thus golden-bronze-coloured- and/or: 'Buntmetall'-based) so-called: Waffen-SS-related: 'L'-shoulderboard-cyphers' (ie. 'Ziffern') as was specifically intended for usage by: 'Führer der Kraftfahrtechnische Lehranstalt der Waffen-SS' (or: Waffen-SS officers who served within a specific SS-related, technical academy), both 'cyphers' coming in an overall nice- (ie. I deem minimally used- ie. once board-attached-), condition. The fully matching pair - which is per regulation executed in the Latin-styled letter-type - was presumably used and once shoulderboard-attached: The pair is in all facets matching and comes mounted onto its functional (ie. once bent-) but still functional prongs. Both cyphers do show some minimal age ie. tarnish simply caused by decades of storage only. It should be noted that these (merely for the-) 'Waffen-SS' intended officers'-type shoulderboard-cyphers can easily be graded ' rare'. Only the second such rare Waffen-SS 'cypher'-pair I ever had on offer!
