Superb - and actually rarely encountered! - smaller-sized WH instruction-booklet (ie. 'Dienstvorschrift') including a 'to-be-folded-out' poster ie. 'Bildtafel') entitled: 'Pistole 08.' (being a '1936'-dated example: 'H.Dv.255 / L.Dv.40')

This is a truly attractive - and actually rarely encountered! - example of the much sought-after, smaller-sized WH instruction-booklet (ie. 'Dienstvorschrift') including the often missing 'to-be-folded-out' poster (ie. 'Bildtafel') that is entitled: 'Pistole 08.' (being a '1936'-dated example numbered: 'H.Dv.255 / L.Dv.405') that comes in an overall nice- (and/or fully complete!), condition. The smaller-sized- (and soft-covered) booklet - only sized: 15 x 10,5 cms. - is fully complete and retains all its 48 pages full of interesting 'Pistole 08.'-related information: moreover does this example comes with its period-included (and 'to be folded-out') poster ie. 'Bildtafel' (as can be seen on the pictures). The manual - which bears the number: 'H.Dv.255' (ie. 'Heeres-Dienstvorschrift 255') and that shows an inked 'Dienstsiegel' on its first page - is just somewhat yellowed caused by normal age and/or years of storage. This neat booklet provides the reader with text and/or some illustrations (ie. photos) and gives the reader a complete insight on properly describing all facets of handling the P08-pistol (being the standard-pistol of the German 'Wehrmacht'). Simply a very nice - and fairly rarely encountered! - weapon-related-publication and a great addition to any field-gear/mannequin set-up or collection!
