This a neat - and I deem just minimally used- ie. carefully cap-removed - greyish-silver-coloured- and/or: typical zinc- (ie. 'Feinzink'-) based example of a (political-style) visor- (ie. 'Schirmmützen'-) cap-eagle being a detailed example that shows a clearly stamped makers'-designation: 'RzM M1/53' on its back and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. just minimally worn- and I deem once cap-attached-), condition. These cap-eagles were intended for usage on the visor-caps (ie. 'Schirmmützen') of one of the national-socialistic- (ie. party related-) organisations such as the: 'Deutsche Reichsbahn o. Deutsche Post' to mention a few). The eagle has truly great pronounced detail and retains both its golden-toned (and copper-based) pins ie. prongs in place (which were once bent and that are of course still functional). The piece - which is left-facing and that is minimally converse-shaped and that has an approximate wing-span of only 3,6 cms. - was most certainly never been cleaned nor polished: it is just a tiny bit stained- ie. tarnished (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a nice opportunity to acquire an attractive and truly detailed 'party-style' visor-cap eagle for a justified price!
